How to care for your artwork.

Originals:

1. When handling your art, be sure to have clean, dry hands or wear protective cotton gloves. Always carry via the frame and not via the hanger.

2. Always store your art at room temperature, and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, heat, or moisture.

3. Keep it clean by using a soft, natural-hair bristle brush. Brush lightly over the surface of the artwork to remove any dust and debris.

Prints:

1. When handling your art print, be sure to have clean, dry hands or wear protective cotton gloves.

2. Always store your art print at room temperature, and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, heat, or moisture.

3. Keep it clean by using a soft, natural-hair bristle brush. Brush lightly over the surface of the print to remove any dust and debris.

4. When framing your print and before placing your art print into the frame, use the bumper stickers provided to create a buffer between the glass and the artwork. Position two bumper stickers on each side of the inside of the frame, spaced evenly.

Mounted Prints:

1. Be sure to choose a frame that has a rebate of at least 1.7cm. This means the space between the glass and the backing board should be at least 1.7cm, so to allow the print to stand off the glass.

2. I recommend using half-circle rubber bumpers around the frame to create a safe guard between the frame glass and the artwork. Below are some examples of how the bumpers look when applied.
